What you'll do
- Run onboarding and training for new customers, from data import to go-live
- Be the first line of support — triage, resolve, and escalate issues
- Turn recurring customer pain points into clear product feedback
- Build help-center guides and short how-to videos
What we're looking for
- 2+ years in customer success, support, or operations for B2B software (or ship supply experience)
- Excellent written and spoken English; Turkish is a plus
- Comfortable explaining software to non-technical users
- Bonus: familiarity with the maritime supply chain, IMPA/ISSA catalogs, or ERPs
